The condition of the wall color is old and in very poor condition, and the lights on the floor and in the pool are not working. If you ask them to address these issues, their response is simply, Sorry, this is what we have. Thanks.

DO NOT RENT from this company. I agreed with them to rent a specific chalet that I had toured and was in good condition. I payed the full amount to hold the venue. When I arrived the day of the event, they refused to give me that specific chalet (they said their cleaning person was sick) and then made me choose between the other venues which were extremely damaged (see the photos). I asked for a partial refund to account for the issue and they refused - keep in mind, this took over an hour and a half and my guests were already arriving. I couldn’t be more disappointed by the quality of service and especially for the way they treated me as a customer. Trust me, there are much better venues for a better price.
