The good part is design, ambiance & coziness of the place. The bad part is service, housekeeping & maintenance. Door hinges, locks, clock & many lights does not work at all. The sheets & pillow covers were dirty & may be never washed in months. The pool doesn't have warm water, if you plan your trip in cold weather, forget about pool. Never coming back to this place until fixed.

The condition of the wall color is old and in very poor condition, and the lights on the floor and in the pool are not working. If you ask them to address these issues, their response is simply, Sorry, this is what we have. Thanks.

I celebrated my birthday this resort and I was given an early check in. Hazim is very accommodating. When I entered the room, it was a bit smelly but Hazim, immediately, took action to ensure that bad smell will be neutralized. I love the room as it was really spacious. Pool was great but it would be nicer if there's heater. Overall, the stay experience was fantastic! Definitely, I will recommend this place and will return in future.

The One Resorts Chalet is an excellent choice for hosting events and gatherings. The venue's spacious and the staff is very accommodating. Special thanks to Hakeem for being very helpful and cooperative.
