Staffs are opportunist , room quality is average, breakfast is usually a good thing for a certain time period and then you can not even use the same one that will be used for the first time in a week or two before the day starts with a cold water heater and a heating system. Worst experience with this hotel. Food quality and environment is very bad. Their customer service is very poor. One should avoid it. They have so called buffet, but when an item finished they deny to refill it and ask you to go outside and buy from there. It is dinner time today on 16th August, 2019.

Not even worth 1 star, disgustingly dirty, floors hasn’t been mopped for years, housekeeping staff don’t want to work, they walk around all day doing nothing. Complained to the hotel manager, he sent a ‘sms’ to housekeeping staff to clean. 8 hours later no sign of housekeeping. Toilet and sink was blocked when we checked in, maintenance staff didn’t arrive till next morning. Just sleep on street if you are thinking of booking this hotel, at least you will get better air circulation.
