A good hotel but it has mouse holes like lifts. We have to wait for very long to get into lifts

Could do with more cleaning especially the bathroom. Carpets not clean.shabby reception helpful.Kettle was provided but had to ask for teabags. Plug was very akward.Had to turn the bin upside down to use it .Found it very disgusting.
