One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life bad staff behaviour old beds hygienic level is -0 lift is not working properly it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get to your room

Dangerous lift operated by ghosts, it can take you to 13 floor instead of opening at floor zero. Rooms full of bugs. Need daily cleaning and dis infection.

The staff at hotel is very polite. They will guide you about each and everything. However, the services of rooms are not upto the mark. They do not provide towel, soap, warm water, room food services, daily cleaning of rooms. It is very close to Masjid Haram. You can get to the Masjid Haram in just 3 to 5 minutes. Pakistani food is available here. The prices are somewhat reasonable.

Its near to new king fahad extension phase of Haram and the road is not straight mean walking was not east at all.
Rooms are small in size and hotel management is not helpful to resolve issue.
There was no restaurant and shops near to this hotel area if needs something the shop market is far from here or to get things from clock tower hotel.
No parking place and if you park for sometime also its a risk to get a fine.

Very low standard hotel. Very low level of management. Rude and helpless. Bathrooms are dirty. Every thing is very very low. Advise every one, not to select this fazoool hotel uf you are thinking about Umrah.
Noor ul salah is old and near to baab ul umrah hotel.
But baab ul umra is now a days under construction, so every has to use baab king fahad, which is little bit away from here. So the walking distance to Haram Shareef is not too much.
This hotel has very low services for lift. Lift is damaged. Some time people stuck in. So may the hotel management look after lift. Here are the of umrah pilgrim are Pakistan and specially pakhtoons.
