Need maintenance and upgrade .
Went on business trip :
* Carpet have 3 big burns
* Found Cockroach in the toilet
* Toilet trash can is not opening with feet , need to open it with your hands ?
* Cupboard is not opening smoothly

The room furniture is old, all rooms smells like cigarettes. I suggest to have non smoking room to be have better smells. Service is good. Also the breakfast is good.

The service is great, Mr. Salman especially was super helpful in ensuring our rooms get cleaned on time and that we have a comfortable stay as we come back extremely tired from working at port
The rooms are quite basic, they get cleaned well everyday which is great. The bathroom design is a bit funny because there’s no tub, but that’s most budget hotels in Jubail I guess

Overall experience is average. Only 2 lifts for 8 floor and difficult to catch. Washroom water pressure is so high like fire brigade water cannon. Location is good amd nearby everthing is available.
