I would like to have a special mention about breakfast journey. Amazing options with very supportive kind staff who were ready to help us with our needs. I had special request apart from existing menu and they immediately accepted and provided. That's great and so kind of them. Thank you

An exceptional hotel at all levels...
when we arrived we did not like the room because my brother is allergic to the carpet, they made a good price to upgrade us ... Sarah at the reception and the manager Wael were very helpful and comprehensive.
I recommend this hotel 100% during the stay, Abdelrahim was always very caring .. excellent housekeeper
I am not disappointed and I will come back

My stay at the rayahnaa hotel was very lovely. The service was on point and the receptionist Sara was very helpful and showed us great hospitality. Sara was always there if we needed anything or just to ask questions or help. She is very sweet. I recommend this hotel and working with Sara. Will be back soon!!

Good location. Good hotel. Housekeeping was very helpful. Called them back initially as the room wasn’t completely clean. They responded immediately and ensured everything was done perfectly the rest of the trip. Yousef was very conscientious to ensure we were comfortable. And mamool did excellent house keeping. Thank you

Overall a very good experience. Haram is about 5 minutes from the exit elevator. Employees are very welcoming, helpful and and accommodating. Room service is quick and very good. If you are planning to go with kids, this is an ideal place to stay. Breakfast is also very good.
