500 meters to Nabawi mosque. The lobby is small and quiet hectic when too many passangers arrive at the same time. The elevator is small. The TV channel is a few and boring. The bathroom is still using bathtub and the water flow is so small even there are backwater flow at my mom's room. The wifi is lame, only can be used in the hallway and not in the room. The room key is so difficult to use. No regular CLEANING.

The only good thing about this place is the location.
Other than that avoid and go to the Hilton if you can.
The room's are old and stained, the carpet was disgusting and the beds were creaky and in 2023... THERE IS NO WIFI.
To clarify wifi is apparently available at the hotel but there's barely any connection.
You speak to reception and they actually said "sometimes maybe work, sometimes not".
Our rooms weren't cleaned sometimes for 2 days in a row despite asking for it to be cleaned.
Avoid it if you can.

So many bad things…
No WiFi in rooms…
color scheme feels very awkward…
almost No Light in the hallway…
Low level furniture…
Don’t buy the room with this sort of Window… will make you feel that you are in captured in Jail…
But good thing is they switched the room on request that has Uhud Mountain View..
Good point is Very Clean.
Can’t say it is a Five Star.

Great hotel but needs renovation. Good distance within the Holy Mosque but the customer service is really bad.
Breakfast used to be amazing but the quality and variety has dropped drastically. Would only stay here because of its location otherwise there are many more options.

Location is near the mosque, but everything else is not worth 5 star hotel. Rooms are outdated. No warm water in the rooms. Very chaotic restaurant with limit room for everyone. Would not recommend this hotel, especially not if you find hygiene important. We came with a travel agency and did not have the option to select the hotel.
