I stayed here on my visit to Makkah, Staff, Rooms everything was amazing. There was a buffet breakfast for 20 riyal per person, unfortunately i didn't tried it but rest of the hotel was tidy and gigantic ❤️ one thing I will mention here that they have a bus service which will come after every 10 minutes, to give you a pick and drop from hotel to Haram.

My overall experience was excellent all the staffs are amazing they gave us additional discount when we came in the same week receptionists are polite and nice supportive I have no complaints you will get taxi easily any time near by restaurants are amazing I loved their service housekeepers are Good their service is very quick you don’t have to wait for long time even though during your checkin you just have to wait for 5-10 minutes highly recommended ❤️

Appalling service. We had to call for room service at least 6 times before someone actually decided to show up. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. No tea or coffee in the room as it was promised. It's just not good enough. We were told it was a city view but when we opened our curtains we were staring at brick walls.

Service is average long waiting time for getting rooms.
Washroom is not in good condition
Language barrier.
Good lift service and shuttle service.
Room not maintained furniture is too old.
Make sure you go for tower 1.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and although 1 rooms was ok, the other room toilet was very poorly maintained and it had a VERY strong smell of urine. The toilet suite had mould around the sink and shower area.
The shuttle service is convenient but bear in mind, busses are not allowed very close to Haram so expect to walk another 10 to 15 mins.
If it wasn’t for the neglected en-suite maintenance then this hotel would have gotten a solid 3 stars or maybe close to 4.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
