I booked 2 rooms for my family and although 1 rooms was ok, the other room toilet was very poorly maintained and it had a VERY strong smell of urine. The toilet suite had mould around the sink and shower area. The shuttle service is convenient but bear in mind, busses are not allowed very close to Haram so expect to walk another 10 to 15 mins. If it wasn’t for the neglected en-suite maintenance then this hotel would have gotten a solid 3 stars or maybe close to 4.

This is one of the best budget hotels I would say. It's a bit far away but free shuttle buses are available until midnight. If you don't want to wait for the bus then you can take a taxi to Haram Sharif which will cost approximately 15 Saudi Riyals.

Overall, you will not be disappointed with your stay here. Note: Special thanks to the desk manager Tower 1" I don't know his name," my checkout was 2pm but they allowed us to stay till 4pm, but I'm sending my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service that I had It's people like you who make a real difference and leave a lasting impression in the minds of customers ??

We stayed their 5 days ago. The room isn't clean. The carpet are dirty and stained like it was never washed for decades. Even the carpets in the hallways are dirty. I can't even bear to walk barefoot inside the room without feeling gross especially we have a toddler with us. The trash bin are rusty and the bed are unstable. The room service only vacuum the floor and change the sheets and that's it. It has laundry place in PR floor where you can wash your clothes in their semi automatic washing machine. It can be crowded sometimes and not all washing machine are working. It's upto you how you'll hang and dry your clothes. They have buffet meal 25/person in floor H and R but not much food selection. Like 2 kind of rice, and 1 or 2 fish or chicken viand and soup. It has shuttle bus at most of the time it's crowded and people are fighting to get into it. It's better to walk to Masjid Al Haram than fought and get push just to get into the bus. The drop off is also quite far and a bit of a walking so we always often preferred to walk. It really needs a lot of improvement especially in terms of cleanliness. The hotel should know better that cleanliness is next to Godliness. I hope they'll change the carpets in every room and in the hallways.

The management of the bus service is chaotic and actually unsafe. It doesn’t matter if you show up first to wait for the bus, people who show up last second can just push you and make their way to the bus first. What’s truly disappointing is the fact that there are at least 5 workers near the bus pickup location, no one of them organizes the people to go on the bus but they are very quick yelling at the poor bus drivers who are doing their job properly in fact. I have seen so many incidents in a matter of 2 weeks were someone could’ve been badly injured. I don’t understand how hard it is to for those officers to organize a line so first person to show up go on the bus first and eliminate this unnecessary chaos and potential unsafe situations! To the management of the hotel, please make an effort to organize the bus pick up process. I don’t think anyone wants a serious injury / problem before addressing this issue!
