I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. One of the most basic necessities, drinking water, was not available . It's hard to believe that the hotel doesn't provide drinking water for its guests.
What made matters worse was the absence of room service. I expected the convenience of room service for my early morning needs, but to my dismay, it was not available at all. This lack negatively impacted my comfort.

Just bring your food and barbecue it.

For the price you will not find a better place the only issue they don’t serve breakfast fast and the munches they have is really poor but there a supermarket and a cafeteria with in a walking distance. On the other hand the staff are really nice and helpful.

My experience in Al Hyatt Jeddah was not good but I have to say room was big and confortable but the rest leave much to be desired so there is not any space on hotel to stay , take coffe or do whatever when I arrived there was not electricity, I have to request water everyday , they didn’t clean my room any day so as we say in my lenguage ‘’ un tema ‘’ .
