The hotel is rated as. 3 star hotel, I personally think that it should be a 5 star hotel. Great hotel, clean, professional staff. It has all you need (swimming pool, gym, kids place, ping-pong table, billiard...). It's at a walking distance from the historic place Al Balad. We had a great time!

I want to give more than 5stars of this hotel. Clean, big space, free breakfast delicious and fresh, I recommend this hotel to those who want to come here in Jeddah short stay or long.

Very clean and well organized
Rooms are very spacious specially they upgraded us to suite rooms with our kids
Service is very quick and staff is very helpful
Extra services and food prices are very reasonable and acceptable not expensive
It's a calm hotel were you can relax and take some rest: feels like you're home
