I had very bad experience in the hotel. I choose this hotel when I visit in jeddah but I feel like in this visit that the customers are not important , they might have more customers due to some good thing like location, room and etc, but customer support is too bad. I would give just a star for that.

This hotel is recently acquired by Hilton. Still under updating by the new company. Good location and friendly staff. I loved that it is attached to Alandalus mall.

A good hotel in a strategic location. I was in this hotel 2 years ago and this visit 5 days ago - great improvement in their breakfast

Welcome to Al Andalus Mall Hotel Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the first week of Sep 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM which for ladies is from 12 PM to 2 PM. The GYM, SPA & Swimming Pool is located on the 2nd floor. The kid's area was under maintenance and the Tennis court was under renovation work. The hotel serves Shisha near the Pool area after 6 PM. the Hotel has the entrance to Al Andalus Mall from the 2nd floor as it is located beside it.
