Rooms were very dated and felt dingy. Room service was very sporadic, sometimes as late as 9pm. There are updated rooms on some floors, when I asked about moving to one of those floors, I was told they would check woth the sales team and get back to me, which never happened. The lobby is updated and very nice. The gym is also updated and has some very nice equipment.

First time had dinner at intercontinental hotel .Dishes were unique and flavorful. Love the seafood, pastries ???.staff pleasant and welcoming. Special greetings to chef Raj. Had a wonderful time.☺️

This hotel has an incredible feeling of home outside of your actual home. A great view of Alahsa oasis. Great services, incredible rooms, and most of all delicious food.

We’ve met this great guy, Chef Raj who has given us excellent service with a satisfying and delicious delicacy made by himself.
Truly recommendable to the highest level of satisfaction to its customers.
