This hotel has an incredible feeling of home outside of your actual home. A great view of Alahsa oasis. Great services, incredible rooms, and most of all delicious food.

We’ve met this great guy, Chef Raj who has given us excellent service with a satisfying and delicious delicacy made by himself.
Truly recommendable to the highest level of satisfaction to its customers.

The food made by Chef Raj is delicious, the food. Thank you so much Chef Raj for making such good food, you all should try his food I can't believe it. I am glad to have met him and enjoyed the food he made. God bless you, I will definitely come back to eat your food, thank you

I was disappointed with the receptionist's behavior toward myself and my colleagues when we first arrived. I inquired politely if she could do her best to accommodate an early check-in at 12 o'clock and was astonished by her response: "Do you want me to phone the residents and request them to leave so you can check in early." This is poor customer service from a hotel with five star ratings. I'm in Al Hsa for the first time for a conference, and I don't think I'll ever stay here again?

Great service, all the staffs are friendly especially Alvin who assisted is very well. Food was good with a wide selection and all tasty as well. Worth of the price! ?
