Very decent hotel much better than others in Makah although little further away from the Al haram but there is a free shuttle bus was very helpful the area have decent food outlooks near by and we love Adan tea , fresh juice shop . Also al baik restaurant only 1.2 km from hotel but it’s very busy branch so you can make your order from app. And collect from branch .

Location is far from Haram but all services are nearby.

Rooms is good but double bed for couples are not good as they join single beds for couples

Good but terrible communication. If you can't have a full conversation in Arabic then you will struggle communicating. Their staff aren't fluent in English especially the reception and this is where most of your communication happens.
There is a person at the reception , his name is Ameer. This person is your best bet. He can communicate effectively.
