Lakes park is in Al Khair. The main attraction here is the cat fishes. This is a best picnic spot for families.

Best part public toilets were clean. The security guards were patrolling the whole lake. Do visit this place preferably on Thursday because on Friday it get really crowded.

Good family visit place. In summer better go after Asr prayer. Very clean place to visit. Although it was written on sign boards that Fire on fire pit only but No fire pit was seen, so BBQ lovers must be disappointed. The place is bit far from the city but it is safe as the placed is always under surveillance by security vehicles and route towards the place is very nice. Comfortable drive for all type of vehicles.

Very good park over at 1 Hour drive from Riyadh. You can spend all day there. There are a lot of barbecue areas. You can visit with your family and kids. It is amazing to see a lot of water in the middle of the desert.
