I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Ahmad Alamri at the reception desk. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly enhanced my entire stay. The hotel itself boasts well-maintained facilities, comfortable accommodations, and an atmosphere of peace that is very fitting for its proximity to the Masjid al-Haram. Every interaction reflected their commitment to ensuring a pleasant and fulfilling stay for their guests. Location is perfect, rooms are large and very well presented, bars and restaurants are lovely and it's a great entertaining memory to be there! Staff are kind and helpful and very polite, room service is quick and in general it is good choice for staying in one of the best hotels in Makkah, Thanks yasir (bellboy)

Everything ... The services , great location and view... Staff were very welcoming as well . Check in was managed by Sandi (Concierge) who was very lovely and helpful ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well ... Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely stay there whenever I'm in Makkah

The trip was excellent by all standards, the reception and welcome was more than wonderful, the services facilitation during the stay, the rooms were ready upon arrival, the speed of the check in and check out from the hotel. Stayed at this hotel for the second time with my family and it was even better than the first . The service was just amazing from the front desk staff , sultan n Ibrahim were superb and very helpf with a very smooth check in and check out. The in room dining team And housekeeping were also amazing anything that I requested it would be immediately given to us . The rooms were very clean n spacious with great views of the mosque from the window. Also the bathroom was large with great toiletries on offer. Breakfast was also great too with some wonderful food options. The juices are freshly made there which taste amazing. As for the location it’s just perfect as this hotels enables to get access straight onto the mosque courtyard which especially at busy times is so hard to get access to . The prayer room facilities they have are also wonderful, beautiful spacious n comfortable prayer room with air conditioning that is very practical especially in the hot weather season. This hotel I would definitely recommend although it’s a little bit more on the price point compared to the other hotels in the area the service and facilities from the hotel are worth every penny and more. Thank you to the team for having us and making our stay once again wonderful.
