I expected so much more from my visit. First, the outdoor seating area is not welcoming or pleasant. It just has randomly scattered tables and brown plastic chairs. The area does not suit the cosiness and the vibes of the indoor area. The outdoor seating area should have decorative touches, nicer lighting, and a more welcoming feel. Second, I ordered the blueberry puff of dough that has white cream on it and a jasmine green tea. The puff looked fresh, delicious, and flaky. However, I was extremely disappointed that the dough was squishy, that the cream tasted bland, and that it looked way better than it was. Obviously it was not freshly made at all. Third, the prices are extremely high. I only got 1 jasmine green tea that came in a small cup and 1 blueberry puff and it cost me a total of 47 riyals!! Value for money is really poor. It was definitely not an order worth that much. I am disappointed that I expected such a better experience. I honestly don’t think i’d come again.

Having lived in a Yahudi neighborhood in London for most of my life the bar has been set way too high for baked goods. Most places simply can't deliver nor can they produce items which are crafted with artesian precision. The Social Bakery can. The Social Bakery did. The social bakery was amazing. I love the social bakery and I will come back when I am fully vaccinated.

With the rise of local restaurants opening in every corner of the city, this one might be the best restaurant for a top-notch experience. First thing first the food. We ordered two sides and two main dishes, and I honestly couldn’t choose a favorite as each dish compliments the other harmoniously!. The Tuna Tacos were an extraordinary fusion of the Mexican and Japanese cuisines. Fresh, scrumptious and heavenly. - The chefs profound understanding of the fundamentals of pasta-making were displayed amazingly in the two pasta dishes I ordered. - The Shrimp Linguine was a light zesty choice! So happy with this one. - TSK Bolognese was hearty and rich in flavor. It is definitely what you expect out of a dish of this sort. Great choice of interior, mixing mid-century modern with Mediterranean interior styles. The prices are definitely on the expensive side. However, the food justify what you’re paying for. A must-visit for locals and tourists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cozy + stylish but it's not fine dining per say so the pricing is contentious if you ask me! But the richness of taste and freshness of ingredients is tops, starting with the Salmon Tacos (Amazing) and the Beet Root & Goat Cheese salad (presentation and taste - Impressive) and the sides are heavenly, I.e. Gratin I don't have a sweet tooth but my lovely wife and friends say the 'pain perdu' is the best in town! The 'one' negative was the olive oil, below par and not matching what Social Kitchen stands for.
