I've taken a colleague and my bestie to salt ,we ordered the jalapeño burgers,bare in mind they only sell sliders so an order contains two sliders. We also got the salt and vinegar fries with water as our drink and the lotus soft serve.
My bestie liked the burger,I did too,very tasty,not too small for a slider n not big enough to waste any part of it or have trouble finishing ? , the fries were such a surprising treat really good! The cherry on our experience was the lotus ice cream omg yum! My bestie hates lotus anything so much,but I nudged to try and was very shocked at the flavour,he loved it!
About the service, I have mixed feelings about it because the first time I went there,the staff brought our food to us,this time we had to get it ourselves and they didn't give us any tissues or cutlery,I had to go and ask for them ? they didn't seem interested in customer experience only selling which is why I hesitated to even give 4 stars. Please improve the sales techniques and focus on the experience of the customer instead of how much they're spending. It will bring prosperous results.
The environment was beautiful but that was the beach itself, no credit for the restaurant or the staff for this part but the fact that it has beach access while u eat,watching the waves while having our lunch changed our stressed moods and refreshed us. The weather was gorgeous so we stayed longer.
Thank you guys for the food,please focus on selling experience and emotion more than anything else.
