To the most astonishing experience of my life staying in Park Inn AlNaseem branch I cnt believe that this is the same hotel different branch I used to live I have been staying in Park inn for the past 5years ,whether it was Damam or Makkah because its always on top of the list because they always maintain their standards Because I always picked room double bed with sofa kam bed and it was always spacious... *But in this branch the room is so small that it ends with 7times footstaps. *Sofa kam bed is not in good condition the springs of its mattress makes it unbearable to sleep on. *The kettle was smelly and it seems it wasn't clean. *The cups always had Parkinn logo but in this branch no logo on the coffee cups. The cleanliness wasn't upto mark. *The bathroom is so tiny, honestly it's not designed for healthy perosons. *For the first time I find the bathroom without hair dryer . *The most annoying thing is their bus service They have fixed timings .So most of the time we took taxi to reach the hotel . *Breakfast wasn't in the offer .No complementary breakfast is served But they offered saudi qahwa and dates. I wonder why there was a door in our room attached to the other room. Their check out time is 12 noon,but we made request that we will leave after Dhuhr prayer.

The location of the hotel was great, but the room was not clean, and the reception were not cooperative at all nor helping, the door wasn’t locking properly, and I requested a king bed and surprisedly it was a twin bed and they told me you can’t change the room

Take away is - Stay away if you want good service. The hotel is in an okay location and the rates are competitive. However, the service is a major downer. When we arrived, there was no one at the door or lobby. No one knows anything if asked and are as clueless as one can be. Hotel staff is hardly knowledgeable about hotel itself and would point you in another direction. It is a large hotel with lots of room but looks deserted and abandoned. Cleanliness is below average and bathrooms are dark, tacky and dirty. Rooms are without view, dimly lit and quite small. There is a thick layer of dust on walls. Carpets are stained. Plus side, AC is good. We knew that it is far from Haram so we did not worry much about the shuttle. Used it once and found it on time but the driver did not know the way and did not provide any information to get back to the hotel/pick up. Water is one bottle per person, per day, only when asked. If you want more, you have to purchase from the restaurant. They will not clean the room unless specifically asked and will not replenish toiletries or other amenities/necessities. Breakfast is good for the price and food is fresh. Overall, it is a run down hotel with an general feeling of uncleanliness and griminess. We would neither stay here again nor would recommend it to anyone. Much better hotels for much less price and service around. The feedback we saw made us make our decision but we seriously question their authenticity given our experience. Never again, inShaAllah!

If I could rate it -10 stars I would. In a nutshell, the worst customer service all around the hotel staff except for 2 employees. Rude, inattentive, LATE, uncooperative and overall waaaaay undertrained and have zero experience in how to deal with guests professionally and well. The hotel itself is okay but the staff are a nightmare.

Bus service is very cheap. as per hotel rules every one hour they have bus . When we are returning back from masjid al haram to hotel we are waiting sometimes (1:00 hour's) sometimes (1:30 hour's) later we came on other company hotel bus Visitors alert ? If there is police ? checking they leave pilgrims on the road and driver tell us you can go via texi .its happens 3 times in four days in magrib salah And other hotels buses they changed the route for there customer
