My experience has been with difficulties and a no communication from the hotel, which has left me feeling deceived and stranded. I recently booked a stay, only to encounter a series of challenges that left me deeply disappointed and concerned. Despite my and Expedia efforts to contact the hotel regarding an urgent matter, there was no communication from them which has been both alarming and frustrating. Upon realizing that I would be unable to arrive due to Hajj restrictions on my visa, I promptly reached out to the hotel seeking assistance and a refund. However, I was not informed of any such restrictions by the hotel at the time of booking. This critical oversight felt deceptive and left me in a difficult situation. Despite my persistent attempts to communicate with the hotel for over 48 hours, I have yet to receive a response. As a young traveler, stranded alone in a foreign country and facing extreme stress, the lack of support and communication from the hotel has exacerbated my situation. The absence of any prior notification regarding the visa restrictions, which prevent me from entering Makkah, indicates a severe lapse in customer service and potentially violates consumer protection laws. Why am I being issued and charged a booking when they have my visa information and are aware that I am not eligible to even enter the city? The hotel's failure to communicate and resolve this issue in a timely manner is not only unprofessional but also suggests ill intent. In dire need of a refund to secure alternative accommodation, I have been left in an extremely vulnerable position. The hotel's failure to deliver any form of communication or support has been disheartening and had significantly impacted my travel plans and financial situation A staff member at the hotel had replied to an email, stating that only expedia can offer a refund, this is a complete lie, the refund is at the hotels discretion, they have the the choice and the ability to refund, this was also told to me by expedia, the hotel had the authority, but they wanted to be disingenuous. Why did they hotel reply via email and lie, they did not answer any calls from me or expedia and gave no effort of communication, this shows ill intent. UPDATE: They have not given me any refund. They have robbed me. Stay away from this awful hotel with awful staff and service.

SHUTTLES DO NOT ARRIVE ON TIME When we arrived, they said that there was a shuttle service to the Masjid al-Haram every hour for 24 hours. But at some hours the shuttle service is canceled and the hotel does not make any explanation about this. When we tell the reception about this situation, all they do is apologize and find an excuse every time.

First of all how come this is a 5 star hotel by name and fame only i guess because i was booked for a king sized bed but after i have reached my room i see 3 small separate beds like what is the use of 3 beds where i ordered for a king sized bed and later I called for a change and they said they ll come and change my room with a new room key however they didn’t you can see the evidence in picture below And there is only 1 employee working at the reception for 3-4k people in the hotel during the peak time of people check in or check out And where was my room service as my trash needs to clear out but they keep giving you cards for check out and calls to extend your stay but didn’t hesitate to ask how we were doing or if we need anything people are managing this hotels with no goals to serve its customers in a best way possible

My experience at Park Inn by Radisson hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving at 6pm, our room was not ready. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It took over 1.5 hours for our luggage to arrive, despite multiple calls and having to go down to retrieve it ourselves. They failed to provide enough dental kits for our triple occupancy room. They also neglected to inform us about shuttle timings and breakfast, forcing us to ask for information ourselves. Waiting for an hour at the egg station due to understaffing was frustrating. Basic amenities such as tissues and napkins were missing from the table, requiring multiple requests. The staff provided conflicting information regarding shuttle timings. Additionally, our room was not cleaned as requested, and there was no "make my room" tag available. Given these numerous issues, I have decided to check out after only 2 nights, despite having paid for 5.

This hotel is not disabled friendly. We booked 2 rooms and when arrived got only 1 room and the other after 6 hours and after calling the manager. The food is not of a good standard. There are only few persons that are helpful.
