To be honest, i would advise any individual or company to never stay here. The hotel service and rooms are a disgrace. Most rooms have a bad smell. First day of check in, i was given a room with a very bad smell, it took them a full day to change rooms for me. The new room i got, the ac was initially not working, the hot water is not working and the toilet broke a couple of times. I was then transferred to a 3rd room with a bad smell and filthy chairs. Please note all room edges are filthy and never cleaned .If you put do not disturb, they still come in to clean ur room, and if you put clean my room they forget to change sheets. With all honesty, this hotel is nothing close to comfort, and the worst service i have seen. Would not advise anyone. Closets are also dirty. If you request a manager the staff will lie to you and say he is not here while he is. i can go on and on, long story short, please avoid.

Quite a negative experience in few occasions. Latest one was when i was given a room without a window light(window is facing inwards towards the lobby). When i politely asked if there is any opportunity to change rooms, receptionist’s immediately declined me without any consideration, saying they are fully booked. They didn’t check whether maybe the same could be possible the next day or any time during my stay. And this comes to a customer who has at least 30 nights with them in 2 years. Btw I represent a company who provides them 30+ nights per week. After few examples like this, i have decided to leave the hotel and transfer somewhere else. The thing that frustrated me the most was when receptionist told me that i have the right to leave if I don’t like this. Shame

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing with a level of frustration and disappointment that is beyond words, following my recent stay at your hotel. The litany of issues I encountered during my visit is utterly intolerable and has left me utterly dismayed. The tardy check-in was a glaring display of incompetence and disregard for your guests' time and expectations. The egregious delay in retrieving our belongings from the parking area added insult to injury. The food quality, if it can even be called that, was disgraceful. Freshness was conspicuously absent, and it is inconceivable that a hotel of your supposed caliber would serve such substandard fare. The cleaning service, or rather the lack thereof, performed two days into our stay was an affront to basic hygiene standards. Your staff's carelessness and neglect for cleanliness is beyond comprehension. I am not merely writing this message to express my disappointment; I am doing so to demand immediate and drastic action. My experience at your hotel was a complete and utter failure of service, and I will not tolerate such a level of ineptitude. I insist that you address these issues with the utmost urgency. Your reputation is hanging by a thread, and it's your responsibility to repair it immediately. I expect an immediate response to this message, detailing the concrete actions you will take to rectify these egregious failures and guarantee a superior experience for future guests. This is not a mere request; it is a stern and non-negotiable demand for radical improvements in your service. Failure to respond adequately will result in my relentless sharing of this nightmarish experience with the widest audience possible.

As a professional working in the customer service field, I have a clear understanding of what constitutes acceptable service standards, and it deeply saddens me to inform you that my stay at this hotel establishment fell far short of these expectations. I must highlight the abysmal level of customer service I encountered from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, whose primary responsibility should be to welcome guests and ensure their comfort, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a warm greeting or attempting to resolve any issues I had, they resorted to arguing with me in an offensive and disrespectful manner. Such behavior is not only completely unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the reputation of the hotel. It pains me to inform you that the overall level of hospitality and service I experienced during my stay was far below the renowned standards associated with the Hilton chain. As a loyal customer of Hilton hotels, I have come to expect a certain level of excellence in terms of personalized attention, prompt assistance, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Regrettably, none of these expectations were met during my time at your property. I will never come back here and will not recommend anyone to stay.
