Добро пожаловать в Le Méridien Towers, лучшее спокойное место для семей. У них есть ресторан / кафе, а также у них есть ужин, обед и завтрак "шведский стол". Плюс то, что он находится недалеко от парковки Kudai, поэтому у вас всегда есть saptco для поездки / от Харама, кроме того, есть отличный трансфер от собственности. Кухня с духовкой, кофеварка, две ванные комнаты с душем, уютная спальня, запирающийся шкафчик, рабочий стол, гостиная, 2 телевизора. Бесплатные автобусы каждые 5 минут до Харама. Башни Le Meridien расположены на улице Кудай-роуд, Мисфала, Мекка.

Часы работы:

Время в отеле (круглосуточно)

Завтрак: с 7:00 до 10:00.

Обед: с 13:00 до 15:00.

Ужин: круглосуточно только для обслуживания номеров.

Hotel was supposed to be 5 star category, but during Hajj season it is far below 5 star level. Air conditioning in our room does not maintain set temperature and hotel staff just informed us that there is nothing they can do. We now have two options with air conditioning, to turnA/C off and endure hot room temperature or to turn it on and freeze. During the day, we are managing this somehow, but we cannot do much during the night and this makes us sick both literally and figuratively. Worst hotel experience ever.

Rooms are renovated but clearly they are old. You cannot find normal water, only hot water in both taps which they are trying to fix find few hours now. Staff is average, and they are understaffed for Hah season. Food is bellow average as well.

Firstly, the room capacity appears to be satisfactory, and it's good to know that the cleanliness standards were met. Additionally, it's great to hear that the washrooms were in good condition. The view from the window was a pleasant surprise and definitely added value to your stay. A good view can make all the difference in creating a memorable experience for guests. However, it is disappointing to hear about the poor room service. Waiting for room service for an extended period of time can be frustrating for guests, and having to call 10 to 15 times is certainly unacceptable. It is also not ideal that the staff appeared to be in an upset mood upon arrival. Overall, the hotel room seems to have some good qualities, but the issue with room service is a significant drawback. The hotel management should take steps to address this issue and ensure that their guests receive timely and efficient service.

Worst Experience, waited almost 2 hours for their Shuttle Bus.. People were exhausted and fighting with each other to sit in the bus. There were hundreds of people and only 2 buses available. There are 7 Towers and only one Reception which is in Tower 5. Room access card repeatedly not working end then you go all the way to tower 5 and make it work. This hotel is only good for off-season period.

5 stars service apartments. But unfortunately, that's where it stops. No cutlery even plastic tools in the kitchen. Service desk gives mixing messages. One experience is when you try to organize a taxi ride. One time, reception puts on with someone for renting a taxi. 5 minutes later they say you have to organize things yourself. Unfortunately, next time will look for another hotel
