Добро пожаловать в Le Méridien Towers, лучшее спокойное место для семей. У них есть ресторан / кафе, а также у них есть ужин, обед и завтрак "шведский стол". Плюс то, что он находится недалеко от парковки Kudai, поэтому у вас всегда есть saptco для поездки / от Харама, кроме того, есть отличный трансфер от собственности. Кухня с духовкой, кофеварка, две ванные комнаты с душем, уютная спальня, запирающийся шкафчик, рабочий стол, гостиная, 2 телевизора. Бесплатные автобусы каждые 5 минут до Харама. Башни Le Meridien расположены на улице Кудай-роуд, Мисфала, Мекка.

Часы работы:

Время в отеле (круглосуточно)

Завтрак: с 7:00 до 10:00.

Обед: с 13:00 до 15:00.

Ужин: круглосуточно только для обслуживания номеров.

I booked the room for one night to get a couple of hours of sleep. When I got back at night, the key was not working. I went from Tower 8 to 5 to get another one only to find that it's not working either. The maintenance guy came and couldn't open it and had to wait for another one to try because the batteries in the lock were so rusty (showing that it definitely needs maintenance). Then, after 45 minutes, they had to take out part of the door frame (in front of other hotel guests) to open the door manually. They even tried to convince me that it's safe to sleep the night in this room regardless that this could definitely happen again and that at least 4 passing people knew how to open the already partly broken door without the key. When I insisted on changing the room, they provided me with another one without even apologising for me going through this for an hour, and the receptionist even acted as if doing me a favour.

Very poor room keeping and house keeping service. Basic amenities are not provided. Loccation is far from the Haram. Although bus services are provided, but it is inconvenient especially for elderly. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good.

Rooms are renovated but clearly they are old. You cannot find normal water, only hot water in both taps which they are trying to fix find few hours now. Staff is average, and they are understaffed for Hah season. Food is bellow average as well.

Firstly, the room capacity appears to be satisfactory, and it's good to know that the cleanliness standards were met. Additionally, it's great to hear that the washrooms were in good condition. The view from the window was a pleasant surprise and definitely added value to your stay. A good view can make all the difference in creating a memorable experience for guests. However, it is disappointing to hear about the poor room service. Waiting for room service for an extended period of time can be frustrating for guests, and having to call 10 to 15 times is certainly unacceptable. It is also not ideal that the staff appeared to be in an upset mood upon arrival. Overall, the hotel room seems to have some good qualities, but the issue with room service is a significant drawback. The hotel management should take steps to address this issue and ensure that their guests receive timely and efficient service.

The level of customer service was absolutely low. Poor housekeeping. Front desk didn't answer the calls. Had to go multiple times to the front desk to get the required room essentials. Nothing like a International chain standard
