The food was soggy and un cooked and the tacos was cold and moist because who ever cooked it didnt know the right amount of sauce to add so it just was full of sauce and the bread surrounding the taco got so soft and disgusting!! This is the last time i order from this awful restaurant and will write down a bad review on google! the food do not deserve even one riyal As for the rise and salad ! The meat is over cooked and full of wired bits that makes it so difficult to chew Awful restaurant awful chef !

I would give them below 1 star if I could. The staff have attitude issues; they were rushing us to order and asked us to order desert and coffee when we just started eating our meal because (the kitchen is closing). If the kitchen is closing why take reservation at our time. We were a big group and all got nothing but disappointment. The food was good but I would never come again because of their bad treatment/service.

Mix of good & bad. I had a pleasant experience with them until they had changed their policies with singles, now I have to wait outside without getting in for a takeout order from the patisserie! They should've came out with something else other than that to handle "THE NEW REGULATIONS". Moreover, some of the desserts still unavailable due to the lack of ingredients since months. I can't believe what a bad management can do... Edit September 2020: The quality went down the floor, waiters are now rude and inexperienced who treat clients like beggars. I've been a regular customer since 7 years, and I liked their coffee, Charlot Strawberry, and their Hallomi Sandwiches. Now, I can't order the sandwiches with soft bread and sesame, take away cups melt in no time therefor the coffee leaks , and overpriced garbage for low quality service. A promise I made to my self, I'm never coming back nor buying from them again.
