Let’s put thing in perspective.. this may not be the best tasting burger in Jeddah, but the overall experience was great. Let me elaborate;
- the restaurant was clean, filled with helpful, smiling waiters.
- The occupancy rate was good, so many families enjoying their time.
- food was prepared and served in record time
- On table condiments! Not many places serve you a bottle of ketchup and special sauce on table. They usually make you pay for it.
- the floor manager came to check all was good.
- Ingredients quality was superb
- free refills. Local spots prefer to serve you bottles and force for a second purchase.
- wing size was filling, not the baby wings other stores serve.
- finally, the price, highly competitive against similar restaurants
So. Overall, this is a great place !
Now let’s take about what they can improve;
- they need to start roasting the buns. It would add so much to the burger.
- only one flavor of chicken wings (lemon wings). This was a great wing dish, but you can easily add other interpretations, like buffalo or Korean sauce.
