This is a chance to see how good this cafe is. So, it was a long time ago when we visited this branch due to pregnancy, our family decided to move in UK and stay there for a year, finally we came back with my kids and husband. So, we decided to eat out while celebrating Thanksgiving and opted to have lunch at Bateel because it is our all time favorite restaurant. There are new faces (Ralph and a young Lebanese guy still there) but the foods are almost the same and we really liked it even my mother-in-law was satisfied with the foods (mushroom tart) but she said she was more satisfied with the service Ralph gave us. He is polite, kind, professional and always smiling. Thank you and well appreciate! This is the restaurant that I would definitely recommend to my friends. Wonderful!

The atmosphere is amazing ! Very warm customer service from “ Anthony “ he was very friendly and helpful BUT the only thing I didn’t like there is the MANAGER, he was very rude with us after we set outside; mentioning that this area is for ordering food not coffee and sweets only! Then we told him, the waiter offered this to us and we accept it, he replied: yea but you have to know that I’m the manager here !

Great experience here at Bateel. I loved the place, the sweets, and the coffee. We got an americano and arabic coffee and they were very tasty and enjoyable. For sweets, we got the french toast and it was just delightful, highly recommended. Anthony was lovely and made our visit ten times more memorable ❤️
