Room and bath room are too small for 5 stars hotel. But understood this is old style hotel. Restaurant employees works without smile, they work noisy when take all stuff from tables (less hospitality) The 5 stars point is only for its location very close to Haram also there is Arabian traditional style market under the hotel. Laundry, barber shop and food court are available on the market

Hmm not worth a five star rating.. my room is small, doesn’t have basic toiletries kits, no iron, no floor mats in the bathroom, no hangers in the wardrobe, got window but now view.. the look of the room is very old. It only has limited number of power plug points. This is my day 1 experience, i will stay here until Thursday. A good thing to highlight is its closeness to the masjid al haram and shopping malls downstairs.

I was staying in level 12, the room was big.. We have 2 single beds. Got more space for praying.. Going from hotel to the first level of the Masjidil Harsh was taking 5-10 minutes.. But our room has no view..

The great thing about this hotel is the location and access. Compared to most hotels in Clock tower, I prefer this hotel because no need to take elevator twice, just take elevator to the hotel lobby then take escalator to Masjidil Haram. Elevators were also plenty so no long waiting time during rush hour near praying time. Room was huge but kinda old and bit shady, however still quite clean. The staffs were so so, some of them are nice, but I asked for a bellboy during check-out but nobody's coming. The worst is the food, stayed for 4 nights I only had bfast/lunch/dinner for 2-3 times, most of times I prefer to buy outside.

This hotel is located right at the front of The Haram Mosque, easy and quick access for anyone who wants to visit Haram. There's also shopping center in 3 first floors under the hotel. Con: for 5 stars hotel, the cleanliness is a bit under my expectations. But maybe the amounts of peoples who stay here are too big to handle, especially at time for eating (bf, lunch, dinner) overwhelmed the waiters.
