A wonderful experience overall! The variety and taste of foods at breakfast was amazing! Najimol was very kind and helpful during food service. The hotel location is prime for being very close to the Haram, and decent rooms with a number of services provided.

The hotel is a vast place. It has many activities downstairs and has a great view. I especially enjoyed the hotel food. Chef Imran is a great cook and possesses great customer service skills. I will definitely come back here again.

it was just wonderful and we really appreciate the buffet of Chef Useyni, he deserve a special star as an chef. Always looking at if we are fine and make a special extra couscous for us. The reward will come from our Prophet for him ????????

Chef Dito was attentive, and friendly. He went on to delight us with a fresh plate of the same Indonesian food, when we playfully exclaimed envy because he served another table with Indonesian fried vegetable fritters. He was attentive to his diners engaging them in conversation regarding the quality of the served foods. Location of the hotel is the main sell, it's conveniently located near the entrances of the Al-Harami mosque. The amenities layout are just adequately placed but not overcrowded.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Location is more than perfect. The breakfast is superb with excellent taste and compilations. The chef Imran and whole team at breakfast made our day with fantastic service and comfort. Stay blessed.
