Stayed here during haj 2017, just nice, comfortable, and only a 1000 steps to the compound of Masjidil Haram, a fair distance.

The hotel is quite ok. The catering service is great (but it's not part of the hotel, I think). There are 2 (or maybe more) towers, so it can be confusing if you don't pay attention. The room with 5 beds is large, but the one with 4 beds is quite small. There's a pungent smell coming from the bathroom drainage so maybe you want to bring air freshner/camphor. Also, no AC remote control in the room, so it's kinda awkward. The hotel is 10-15 minute walking distance from Masjidil Haram, but it's located mid-hill so walking back to hotel can be quite challenging for older people.

First time visit, quite close from the masjidil Haram. I have to agree with others, it was a challenging way back to hotel. Bathrooms ok..do please check for leaking water from pipe above bathroom's lamp, nasty things could happen if prolonged neglected

Close to Masjidil Haram, 10 menit by walking (around 350 m), this hotel is on hill so the street will be slightly challenge when you go back from Masjidil haram to the hotel hehe..but its fun. Hotel is clean, a lot of lift to serve the guest prevent from long que, this hotel consist of three towers A, B and C connected each other. I stay for 4 days with my fam. The only objection is the wifi is not really good, it cannot be reached from 9th fl where I was stayed. The rest is good.

4/5 For location. 5 minutes walking distance to Majid e Haram. No room service at all! Wifi speed is not very good. Behaviour of hotel staffs are not very satisfactory. Hotel is in uphill so it will be difficult for elderly person specially who have knee and wrist pain.
