Stayed 6-7 Aug 2022 It was super cool awesome. Shuttle services before n After prayers. By bus 5mins to Haram Ajyad Gate.. Behind Clock tower.. 2mins walk to Haram..Free car parking..

A new hotel in Makkah opened a year ago, location is not the best if your coming for religious reasons since its not near the kaaba, however everything from service too hotel atmosphere is on POINT. definitely worth each penny.

We stayed here in the last week of ramadaan. Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with modern decor. Friendly and helpful staff. A bonis that they speak such beautiful english. Had most pleasant experience at check-in with Nowf. Excellent suhoor buffet. Musjid across the road, easily accessible. The only 2 problems were : 1. the transport getting to Haram. Although the hotel has complimentary shuttle service to Haram, there were times when the shuttle service stopped running, with no prior notification. . We then had to pay premium rates for a taxi to get to and from Haram.... Anything from 30-70 riyals a trip. Another problem was the location of the bus stop.. Its not in the tunnel , but at ghazza road, at the bottom of the Haram: An uphill walk to get to Haram. So if u traveling with old or sick or unfit people, please take note.. 2. This hotel is very far from food outlets. If u need to buy food, u have to walk a long distance . Ratther buy your food before you come back to hotel. My suggestion to hotel management: 1. is to PLEASE HAVE AN UPDATED BUS SCHEDULE ON DISPLAY, OR send an sms if there is a change. We understand that the hotel has no control over the makkah traffic authorities, but we will appreciate updates. 2. Have a shop in the hotel to purchase snacks or small meals, for those who dont want to eat a full meal in the dining room or utilize the room service menu. (the dinner buffet was 100 riyals). 3. We will really appreciate ZamZam water to be made available at the hotel. Many thanks for a lovely hotel experience.

A New hotel that was recently opened. Room is well equipped with top notch equipments. They have fresh flowers on the lobby and on the rooms which even adds to the customer experience! Great receptionists as well. There’s a small market 2 minutes away that you can walk to. There’s also a restaurant that sells rice and lamp next door, a must must try if you visit the hotel! They seem to recently have added the bus shuttle to Al Haram which has scheduled trips. The bus has the hotel’s logo meaning it is limited to the hotel’s visitors so it won’t probably be super busy like the other buses.
