WAW Hotel Suites King Abdullah District

Great hotel! cozy and quiet great for couples I would say. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful! Amazing balcony view (located in high area). On the other hand, The hotel service need some improvements but it was good experience overall and I would totally come back!

This only my first day of 3 nights at the hotel and I will edit at the end of my stay. My 1st impression is that while it is beautiful, the cleanliness is lacking. Before I got comfortable, we needed to have housekeeping vaccum the floors. There were crumbs and food left on the sofa and under the sofa. Upon further inspection, all the rooms needed vacuuming. This hotel has so much potential, but I feel like so much had gone into the design and not much thought on functionality. 1.There's no menu for room service (a lady literally called us and read out the menu options ?) 2. No directory on the phone to call the front desk, room service or housekeeping. 3. There's a hot (stove) top to cook food but no pots, pans or dishes. 4.There should be a microwave and a coffee maker. EDIT: Hotel is esthetically pleasing but seriously lacking functionality and consistency. We were in rooms 403 and 404 (we stayed until Eid day).
