The cleanliness of the place, the luxury of the furniture and the hospitality, I recommend it to everyone

Incredible experience. This hotel was designed by banksy & located right in front of the apartheid wall in Bethlehem. If you have a love for art & want to know more about the occupation of Palestinians, I highly suggest you visit this hotel in the Holy Land!

a bit pricey for a hotel in the west bank but, the customer service was great. the art also made up for it - props to banksy

I loved everything about my stay. The staff members are truly amazing. They are so friendly, helpful, and kind. The food is delicious. The fresh bread, hummus, and falafel at breakfast are out of this world. The museum is also amazingly well done and so informative. Staying in your own work of art is really an experience. I spent one night in the Barracks and one in the Banksy Scenic Suite (so worth it!). Now, I want to come back and stay in the other artists’ suites, too. I learned so much and really appreciated how the staff spoke openly and honestly when answering my questions. If you have the opportunity, definitely stay here.
