Nice room, clean, has iron & board. Good daily room service that changes towels & cleaning & offered to do beds. Location good has 24hrs bus shuttle service to the harram. The buses was always there & back v good. Takes about 10min ( this was in Sept 2023) can take longer during ramadan & hajj though.

The hotel is good and overall it gives a good vibe. The only disappointing thing is there shuttle service. You are dropped off far from haram and the wait time is very much. Takes 30/40 mins for bus to start journey of 15-20 mins towards haram. Walking is a better option but too far. The management is not at par with IHG standards. They need to realise the company standards they need to deliver. I have booked 4 rooms and I am here with group of my family. Hotel is perfect but not satisfied with shuttle and management which seems lost.

Staying for over 5nights in Ramadan, first was skeptical about the distance from haram. I must say, shuttle services are excellent, even at odd hours. Housekeeping must be a daily routine, which need to give a call for, but over all I liked it and will inshallah will be visiting here again and recommending to worth a visit.
