Shuttle bus service really lets this hotel down. At start the service was good with one bus always waiting for you but today it's almost 30 mins or more wait with hotel staff saying to expect a bus once every hour. Not good enough for the self claimed "largest branded hotel" in Makkah running only one bus to transfer worshipers. The service isn't much to write home about either with reception/room service staff not picking up the phone or huge delays in completing requests. The mobile coverage is pretty poor in hotel but the WiFi service is pretty good.

Excellent hotel with great service and well-trained staff. Mahmoud Radwan from the restaurant team showed excellent customer service skills and was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

It was great experience to enjoy 5 star hotel at budget price. The rooms were very clean, staff was really polite and helpful. Hotel is bit far from the haram but does offer free shuttle service 24/7 so you can come and go anytime of the day. The only downside is that it can take upto half an hour to get to the haram (if include waiting and ride time) so you will need to be prepared well before the prayer time to avoid missing congregation. If you’re good at walking then you can get there on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes.

We enjoyed staying here The hotel is new, beautiful, clean, luxurious, there are a lot of closets in the room, refrigerator, kettle, Nescafe, the screen is large and pleasant. The service is fast, the room service is excellent The restaurant has different dishes, and dinner was also ordered in the room, and it was not too late, and it was delicious From ten minutes to a quarter of an hour walk from Haram Security is high (the elevator can only move with your room card) Finally, the staff is very, very wonderful, everyone is received with a smile, and everyone serves you. Names of some employees who served and honored us: Mohamed Rahaf (this is extraordinarily amazing ??).

The hotel was nice modern and clean with great service. Whenever we needed anything the service was smooth and quick. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had a wide range of foods to eat from. Most importantly it was a restaurant with high hygiene standards. I can't think was anything to complain about. Only thing to be aware of is you need a short bus journey to get to masjid Al Haram
