Good place to visit with family. A swimming pool is also available. I really appreciate the behaviour of the hotel staff. Very good customer service. Keep it up team 👍

One of the best hotels to stay with family. Worth every riyal. The food is also really good. They have an amazing pool area and also a small indoor kids play area. Unfortunately the pool is not available for ladies. If only they could allocate a time for ladies to use the pool it would be so great.

Please do not stay in this hotel. I requested to service my room in the morning at the end of the day when I return back from my errands the room was dirty no house keeping was done. I spoke to the Manager he is useless. I explained it to him the whole situation he doesn't take any action not even the regret feeling . Atleast I ask him to provide some towels for the next he didn't even provide towels after reminding him several times than I gave up and I have re use my wet towel from previous day. These are the basic things of the hotel s I should not even ask it should be taken care from the staff.

5 stars for cleanliness and most importantly the comfortable bed and pillows. My family had the comfiest sleep ever here I will definitely book in this hotel every time I visit Alkhobar. The hotel looks a bit old from outside, but it's totally renewed from the inside. The guy on the reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast was good except for the hot plates the food was all mixed up and did not seem appealing to me. The price is very good for the stay. They also reply fast when you contact them by email.

Only breakfast was better but. Not so good hotal everything is broken very very terrible experience
