Villa Park Furnished Residential Units

Please do not stay in this hotel. I requested to service my room in the morning at the end of the day when I return back from my errands the room was dirty no house keeping was done. I spoke to the Manager he is useless. I explained it to him the whole situation he doesn't take any action not even the regret feeling . Atleast I ask him to provide some towels for the next he didn't even provide towels after reminding him several times than I gave up and I have re use my wet towel from previous day. These are the basic things of the hotel s I should not even ask it should be taken care from the staff.

Only breakfast was better but. Not so good hotal everything is broken very very terrible experience

After paying 1,350 SAR for a 3-bedroom suite, the Egyptian receptionist said that our pet (which is inside a plastic cage) cannot go inside our room and has to stay in the elevator room located in the seventh floor. I asked him if that room is air-conditioned. He said yes. I know that he was lying because there is no such elevator machine rooms which are having air-conditioners. I told him to cancel and give back my money. He did not return my money and said blah-blah-blah. I said that there is no sign or poster saying that pets are not allowed in the hotel. He said it is the rule. I asked him, where is the rule written? There are no sign boards. So we stayed because he will not return my money. In the next morning, I was electrocuted by the electric oven in room 206 (split second only because I pulled my hands off quickly). That appliance is electrically grounded. I did not use the electric oven as I was just washing my hands in the kitchen sink and by chance touched it.

Bad experience.. the hotel is not clean even when they clean .. its dirty The AC in bed room is above your head and very bad .. i got sick from it its so annoying The electricity blog are damaged not working The towels have hole in it and damaged .. not recommended at all
