Front desk and housekeeping absolutely lousy service. Inspite of specifically requesting for housekeeping while we were away- it was not done when we came back after 3-4 hours on ALL the days. This inspite of booking a studio room!!! No one even said sorry about it. Very callous attitude and no care towards guest’s comfort or needs!

Excellent location with well-equipped rooms. One thing they need to improve is the air conditioning system in the rooms. It's not possible to set the temperature below 20°C. At night, it gets really warm in the rooms. We can not sleep at all 3 nights. Staff relaxed and do not care about guest request. We asked prepare an invoice with company data, and invoice was not prepared.

This is home away from home and I have an awesome home. The room and space in the apartment is large and well decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped for most people’s needs and the dishwasher and laundry is a great for cleaning and long stays. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for tourists. It is in the mix of things in Alstadt. Will highly recommend to anyone looking at accommodation in Düsseldorf.

Very slow service everywhere, room service and breakfast downstairs. Room cleanses is very suspicious, dust on the floors, and hair in the drawers. They put back used wet towels. Beds are small. Room service is very slow takes up to 45 mins. Breakfast has very little options, the service is veryyyyy slow. Takes up to one hour to get food on the table & coffee is cold. Waiters tells you whatever you want to hear and takes so much time to bring your order. Very annoying and rude.????

Wonderful hotel! Loved the building, decor, rooms and a great location. It is next to the old City and new upscale shopping area. Definitely a great stay. The beautiful bar offers every afternoon there a wonderful piano concert
