Moment I stepped in the hotel, it feels majestic! Truly like you are entering a palace. And at reception, Mr Abdullah Albassam was super helpful and giving nice gesture to welcome me in the hotel. Also great welcome by Miss Maha who is very kind and helpful towards my whole stay. Definitely will come again to stay here because my supposed to be quick nap for 30 minutes turns out to be 4 hours of safe & sound sleep 😉 Thank you guys for amazing hospitality!

SUPERIOR STAFF AND SERVICE! My team was well taken care of in every aspect of our stay. The hotel staff took extra time to greet us and to ensure we had everything we needed! Mr Abdullah provided a quick but detailed check-in and continued to be a valued point of contact during our stay! Each night we ate dinner at Cafe Milano. The food was exceptional and well prepared. It was clear the staff and Chef payed attention to the little details. Special shout out to our pretty server Stephanie who catered to everything we needed including running upstairs to find us some ice cream! Thank you to all the staff who helped us during our stay! We look forward to seeing you again in the future!

What a wonderful stay it has been for me! I couldn't wait to share my thoughts at checkout because I've truly enjoyed every moment. Starting from the bellboy who graciously opened the taxi door, welcomed me with a warm smile, and assisted with my luggage, to the reception team who have been incredibly helpful. I can't forget to mention Elham and Abdullah, who have gone above and beyond to assist me with every request. And let's not forget the fantastic pool experience! The team there is exceptional, always ensuring my comfort and offering assistance whenever needed. In addition the f&b team in the breakfast area are very helpful and they are so welcoming and smiling all the time specially Normen and Fadz I love them 😍 I've decided to extend my stay, and I'll be sure to recommend this experience to everyone. It's truly the best I've had yet in Jeddah

It looks like a Palace. I found it gorgeous. My stay was in and out unfortunately but I really enjoyed it. I wish I could have had something to go for breakfast as I had to leave before they opened thou
