Attended one seminar of a medical company in mezzanine floor and I can say that the venue is clean and well-organized. Amazing service and friendly staffs. The Quarter Restaurant located in the first floor offers a buffet option too. Delicious food and sumptuous desserts.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a month. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience which made our transition to Jeddah from the UK an easy one. Every team delivered and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The reception staff team were very helpful and greeted my toddler with open arms, by the end of our stay she was hugging everyone! The housekeeping staff are hardworking (preshant and his team) who kept our room in a very clean condition every day with happy faces. The breakfast has many options for everyone and their dietary needs. Once again, Sraboni and everyone at breakfast work very hard to keep guests happy. The staff at Swissotel deserve all the credit for their work ethic and efficiency. A lovely hotel with amazing facilities, from the gym to the pool. I can’t forget to mention Heyam and Senaa at the well-being club for being so kind to let me workout with my toddler present and looking after her every few minutes. definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, convenient stay with many restaurants and cafes around. Thank you everyone!

The fully furnished apartments are amazing, there is everything you need to feel comfortable at home. This is perfect to visit Jeddah, and we loved the art craft, reminding us of the old part of Jeddah. The fitness and rooftop pool are also great elements. 100% recommend staying at Swissôtel if you visit Jeddah.

Great place for a family vacation We stayed at the hotel during the weekend with our kids and experienced great hospitality, stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious had 2 rooms and an extra single room with a kitchenette and coffee making facilities. Excellent food and varieties, tasty pallets served by Chef and courteous service offered by restaurant staff,. Recreation was equipped with steam. sauna and a nice family size Jacuzzi Overall, the rooftop pool was overlooking a nice view of the Jeddah. Staff were very friendly and supportive, thank you and definitely we will return and recommend the hotel for family stays.

I loved this experience so much!! Because I got to meet very lovely staff and the hotel was in such good condition , the rooms were incredibly nice! And the buffet was very tasty. I’m glad I was appart of this incredible hotel journey , I really enjoyed my stay and I’m hoping to come back another time because it was Amazing.
