Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Al Baha

Hotel location is very good, furniture is brand new, cleanness is good too. The mean issue i have seen that entire employees are not well trained and they are not fit for such industries. This industry is dependent on the availability of disposable income and the people who drive it where this facility lacks to a positive attitude employees and a commitment which determines success of any type of business. I believe that the employees of front desk need to be trained as well as the restaurant manager who even doesn’t know what does smile means. I have stopped to go to take my breackfast for 4 days even i have paid for it reason that restaurant manager attitude.

A largely hospitable team eager to please. Good quality, well-appointed rooms, though the showers were cramped, to say the least. The Grill Room on the fourth floor is arguably the best restaurant in Baha, with a menu that could accommodate the fussy tastes of all our children. Breakfast is also served in the same location. We found the morning serving staff to be considerably less efficient and helpful than those in the evening. Also, while breakfast is supposed to be served from 7-10am, we found that food often ran out by 8/8.30am and was not replenished. So best to start early. Finally, while the hotel claims to have a gym, in reality this is a small guest room with a few weights and couple of exercise machines that are clearly not used often. The room was dank and musty, and the floor padding was missing squares in a number of places. An outdoor walk had to suffice for morning exercise instead of a visit to this facility.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights; from 3 to 5th of july. Hotel lobby clean and very nice. Employees in reception and the rooftop restaurant were extremly kind and helpful. I had a breakfast there and was very delicious and fresh. However, the room had awful smell which originated from the wall paper behind the bed. Am sorry to say that but was like body odour. Another issue was also awful smell from bathroom sink. If the 2 issues were solved, i will give the hotel 5 stars or more if possible. One more thing, I booked the hotel from Booking.com and after i staying and leaving the hotel i was surprised that my reservation was CANCELLED by the property why they did that?!!! I sent an email to booking.com to solve this matter.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view of the restaurant and excellent cleanliness. The restaurant staff, without exception, are highly professional, cheerful and hospitable, and make the customer feel like a guest in their homes. The food is special, their baked goods are delicious, and the prices are quite acceptable. I hope that they will open an open buffet for lunch at least on Friday. I am very grateful to brother Hassan who always smiled, as he was the first person I met on the first day of Ramadan. Keep the good work Up
