Very close the Exhibition center in Riyadh, the rooms are very clean and everything is organized very well. Staffs are very helpful, i came at night 3 p.m, the staff helpmed and organized me the room. Definetly, i will come again in my exhibiton here.

Rooms are quite good, clean and quiet. Hotel is closed to the airport, around 25 km. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is near the construction zone but back street was active. Prices are compatible and acceptable.

This property is located in a quiet place, not too far off Riyadh airport, and equipped with all the modern amenities. Ample space for parking makes it rather convenient as well. Everything looked in place for a budget business hotel. However, breakfast offerings could be improved a bit better. I can recommend for people on business trip as I took the same for myself.

Excellent services thanks to emon, a professional staff, who made our check in process very smooth during our late arrival. The rooms are very tidy & clean, good price.
