Love it, clean with reasonable prices and excellent service. Especially the young receptionist who works at nights, he was extremely helpful.

A quite elegant hotel in the heart of suleimania. Nice facade specially at night when the lights lit up the building making it shine. They offer a function room qt the roof top where there's putside sittings. Plus you can also avail of their catering service for the occassion. Quite spacioous and nice place to hold parties. Im just not sure about the rate because i went there as a guest only

I stayed in the 2-Bedroom apartment and observed the following: --Excellent location with a military hospital, grocery shops and cafes around --Easy access to taxi services. --Good lighting, comfy beds, and AC. --Modern kitchen with basic supllies Cons: --no dedicated parking --weird smell in lobby --no breakfast due to corona but solved due to cafes around. --bathrooms need to upgrade

The baddest hotel in Riyadh. I feel that I lost my money in this hotel, there are so many good options by lower price. You shouldn’t even try to call. Right now the Electric is off and trying to call but there is not respond at all. Additional of this I booked king suite. Bad quality, bad stuff and not clean hotel. Next time I will get an Appartments instead of book this one and feel uncomfortable at all the time.
