Situated well, just 10 mins from the airport. The service was very good and friendly people at reception. The room however smelt of cigarettes, even though room was non smoking. The hotel is close to airport so you can hear planes all throughout the night. Bathroom is very small and carpets need changing or cleaning. Breakfast had limited items, however food was tasty. Nice hotel for short stay.

This hotel is very bad in all aspects. I have been to much lower-cost hotels with better service. Here are the issues - The room is not clean and is full of stains on the carpets. - l ordered an iron, and as you can see in the picture, the plug is unsafe (be careful). - The breakfast was completely finished even though I arrived there before the end time, by about 30 minutes. - The AC is very noisy, I recommend using the lower fan speeds.

In general I would say the hotel is very good and the staffs ,especially the receptionists are excellent. Hats off for the customer service. Rooms are good and the complementary breakfast is excellent. I am currently staying here for a few days and I had been here earlier too. Comparing my previous visit I do have a few comments. The cleanliness has gone down slightly. Carpets are stained at places and washroom also requires some maintenance. Toiletries have been reduced. Number of towels and simple shower toiletries reduced. With these slight improvements I would give them five stars and will recommend the hotel to anyone..
