Clean rooms, professional and friendly staff. Kids play area (unfortunately some kids broke some toys) Coffee lounge&restaurant, very clean, good food, affordable prices and big portions, amazing staff, Chawk, Zekra and Mashaael are the sweetest,so professional and welcoming. I'll definitely make this place my next stay once in Taif.

Nice place but need maintenance for net windows. A big insects can get in easily because nets are damaged. Also doors' handle of some bedrooms are damaged cannot be closed. Finaly The bed very old it moves and shaking.

This is my first time ever since i came back from USA ??. I had an amazing time there. We went on the week of Saudi National day ?? and suddenly we knew that they are going to do a big event. It was so nice and happy with funny moments. I really recommend the place for families. The place is very clean. Also, very good for people who like privacy villas. The playground are clean and has enough plays for kids. We didn’t had the chance to let the kids play with the water park because it was cold ? but the indoor swimming pool was great and amazing ?‍♂️ my only comment for them that they need to kill the spiders ? around the swimming pool. Other than that, they are great and have a good customer service ?
