First of all, the lady in reception is very rude and has no professional attitude towards guests, (daytime lady) u feel like she isnt here to serve or help. But other staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Value for money, good facilities and hospitality. Best suggestion for economy budget.

Very unprofessional receptionist don’t how to respect the customer highly disappointed by there service not recommended

Rooms were clean. Reception was bad. Food was worst. Booked for 5nights but checked out on the first day itself as I had food poison after having their breakfast. No amenities are available like gym, etc.. I don't recommend for people who look for a good standard hotel.

If you want to experience Hell on Earth, this is a perfect place. I regretfully chose this place for my quarantine package with AlMosafer, with my family (wife and toddler son) and my experience is no less than horrible. Following are a few highlights: 1. You are not allowed to go out of room due to quarantine, only if you are an expat. They threaten you every time that the ministry is watching the cameras and we can't let you out, but when ever I open the door for taking food, I can see many people (including kids) roaming around. 2. The standard answer to every question is 'NO'. I asked for an extra chair, the answer is no, for a glass and a plate, the answer is no. 3. Bare minimum stuff in the apartment, the only thing provided was box of small water bottles. No cleaning can be done in the room, due to Quarantine, but when asked for cleaning material, the answer is NO. Imagine 7 days in a place, with a toddler, in a room. 4. The greatest let off was when my son got sick, coughing, throwing up and all. When asked that I need to take him to a Dr., Standard answer, NO. I literality pleaded to then arrange for a Dr. to see him but nothing happened. Although the PCR test for all of us was negative. I called the reception multiple times, and they recommend to give him medicine from pharmacy but can't let us out. 5. The staff is as rude as it could be. From the receptionist to the trolley boy is talking as you are fugitive. The attitude of receptionist in the morning was so bad that I literally just put the phone off when she picks up. 6. The food is the worst of all I have seen. Every day, its boiled rice with most smelly fish in the world and the breakfast is just some boiled egg with last night bread. 7. Everyone have their own understanding of the quarantine process and misguide you till the end. This is on top of the bad attitude of all the staff there. The only positive thing is they shifted me from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment, on my request, without any additional charges. My overall experience is so horrible that when I got out of the room, I just left the place, waiting for the taxi outside in sun as I did not even want to stand inside. I chose this place due to the reviews online (Google and Booking.com) but now, I do not recommend anyone to take Sendan Residence for your Quarantine, else you are yourself for blame for the mistreatment.
