The view and location was nice because they had some good restaurants nearby!! They had a nice breakfast as well. BUT - We usually only share the positives, but there were some aspects that were bad. There was a couch in our room that already had a small burn mark when we checked in and post checking out, after 2 weeks, without informing us, they charged our card a 200$ fine for that, without even checking in with us. Luckily we noticed ourselves. This was a very upsetting ordeal for us to go through to constantly try to talk to them and our bank . There were ants in our room as well and the private pool in our room was dirty and had white stuff in it always. Also there isn’t a sunset view from the room, and what’s Greece without a beautiful sunset right? Look into that as well, if that’s a priority for you. If not, it works!

My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. Despite being advertised as a kids-friendly establishment, it fell short in several areas, making it unsuitable for families. The abundance of stairs throughout the property made it extremely challenging to navigate with a stroller, especially for my pregnant wife. In addition, the room itself had hidden small steps that were difficult to see, leading to an unfortunate accident where we both stumbled and fell. The lack of visibility at night made this even more hazardous. Furthermore, the room was unclean, infested with spiders, ants, and dust, while the bed sheets infested as well with ants and were damp and dirty. We found rust on the bath towels. We also encountered a safety concern with a loose electrical wire in the room, which was quite alarming. The restaurant had limited menu options and failed to accommodate simple requests. When we asked for sliced avocado and white rice for our children, we were told it wasn’t available, and we were advised to go elsewhere for off-menu requests. It’s disappointing that a hotel rated 4 stars couldn’t fulfill such a basic request. The pool was not heated, resulting in extremely cold water, and the main pool was impractical to use due to its low temperature. Additionally, the jacuzzi was broken, and the service at the pool was poor, with lengthy waits for towels. There is zero wifi signal in this hotel, We were told by the manager that this the way it is all around Santorini, this a lie we move to a different hotel accros the street and the wifi is perfect, again do not trust anything you see or hear about this hotel. The breakfast at this hotel was served cold, and unfortunately, all three of us fell ill as a result. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to discover a wonderful hotel just across the street, where we could finally enjoy the remaining days of our trip without any issues. Upon expressing our concerns to the front desk, their response was discouraging, suggesting that we leave and even threatening to involve the police. This lack of customer service was truly disheartening. I would strongly advise fellow travelers, especially Americans, to NOT choose this hotel. It fails to deliver on its promises, lacking basic amenities and displaying poor/worst customer service. The pictures may depict an appealing establishment, but the reality falls far short. In my opinion, this hotel barely deserves two stars, if not less.

The chalet 1 The farm (if you can call it farm) is its a very small house with a swimming pool. You can not take tan as the pool is shaded all around from the sun by trees and house..so No SUN. Finally there is huge huge cell tower directly over rhe house so it has health hazard.because of the electromagnatic power.. Better farms with even far cheaper than this farm.. Not recommended ?

I am giving this a 1-star because of the only good thing at this hotel- the receptionist. When I arrived at the hotel and after checking in, I was told that the room I had paid for was no longer available and instead I was downgraded to a room that was filled with spiders and bugs. There were bugs in the bed linen, on the floors and the bathroom. I was told that I would be fully refunded for the first night but instead when my travel agency contacted them for a refund, they were told they will only refund 64 EUR instead of the 400USD I paid per night. After this they stopped answering the phone. The travel agency tried reaching out to them for over four days with no response. The hotel owners don’t live on the island. Every management decision needs to be made by them and they are not easily accessible. Hence, anyone at the property, including the manager is unable to assist with anything. We booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi, the second day when we were moved to the room with the outdoor jacuzzi, it wasn’t cleaned. There’s a normal amount of bugs in an outdoor pool/jacuzzi, and then there’s an excessive amount. Once we turned it on, the top of the water was filled with bugs, to the extent that even if you moved a little, you would feel all those bugs touching you. Terrible experience overall. Much better resorts and hotels in santorini, would never stay here again.
