Exactly what you would expect from a three stars hotel. Abdulrahem, the reception manager is a great example of a professional receptionist. The hotel is the best in the area for the price, even though it’s a bit expensive but compared to the surrounding hotels the price is reasonable and understandable.

Room are really great and big espcially for the studio, but need for clean. Reception staff are really great and cooperative. The only thing is the parking at night it's hard to find parking.

I have stayed and visited in many hotels in Jubail. This was one of the best experience is Remaz hotel. Staff was very hospitable and was available for every need of mine and specially Mr. Hasnain was great personality and supportive. Much appreciated and recommended to friends and family.
