Reasonable, staff is polite but gave us a smoking room. Breakfast is good 4 star.

Everything is fine except that from 12 to 6 no room service available and the indoor canteen was closed as well. You should bring ur own snacks if checking i late night. The breakfast was awesome really tasty and loving it.

Avoid Ramada. I landed from Dubai. The reception guy named Mohammad couldn't find my booking, despite showing it. He was highly unprofessional,couldn't communicate in English. I search my name on his computer. He made me wait for 45 mins on the reception. At 2 am when I was sleeping, he called me to come down and sign the credit card receipt, I told I am sleeping, he told he'll come up, I told him to bring his manager so he hung up. The hotel is asking for money for additional bottle of small water. Why you are charging SAR 450 when you can't afford SAR 1 bottle. Hotel in bad condition and smell in the room. I'll avoid the hotel at all cost.
